No special operator training
required
The QTU has 10 preprogrammed and 10 reprogrammable sets
of temperature protocols. The temperature limits for a given
product can be stored in the microprocessor's memory, so
the operator only has to choose the product's program and
let the microprocessor control the whole process.
Customized temperature limits
You are also able to define the limits of acceptable temperature
rise. Simply program the desired limits into the microprocessor
and Quick Thaw Units automated interactive monitoring system
will continually adjust the air temperature in response
to material temperature changes throughout the process.
Once a set of temperature limits is determined for a given
product the operator never has to enter the variables again.
